Meet Pastor Betty Bailey
Pastor Betty Bailey is a passionate leader, devoted wife and mother, attorney, and servant of Christ whose greatest calling is sharing the hope of Jesus with others. With a heart for discipleship, community outreach, and biblical teaching, she is committed to helping people of every age grow in their relationship with God.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Pastor Betty is a first-generation Haitian American. She and her husband, Robert, are the proud parents of three children. Her journey into ministry is one of faith and obedience. After earning both her bachelor’s degree in History and her law degree from the University of Florida, she served as a prosecutor before opening her own family law practice. While successful in the legal profession, God placed a greater calling on her life—one that led her to leave her practice and pursue full-time ministry.
She earned a Master of Arts in Youth Ministry from Andrews University Theological Seminary and has faithfully served in pastoral ministry, evangelism, Christian education, and community outreach. Throughout her ministry, Pastor Betty has preached across the United States and internationally, sharing the gospel and witnessing lives transformed through the power of Christ.
Her passion extends beyond the pulpit. She has dedicated her life to advocating for youth, strengthening families, serving vulnerable communities, and helping others discover healing, hope, and purpose through Jesus.
As the pastor of Palace of Peace Seventh-day Adventist Church, Pastor Betty’s desire is simple: to create a church where everyone feels welcomed, loved, and encouraged to grow in their faith. She believes the church should be a place where people encounter God’s grace, experience authentic community, and are equipped to serve others.
“My greatest desire is to glorify God in all that I do and to faithfully serve wherever He leads.”
